Neighbour Co. developed a comprehensive brand identity for Chow Sang Sang's Gold Rhyme collection, a line of fine jewellery deeply inspired by the detailed aesthetics and motifs of the Rococo period, a key element that the branding needed to reflect and honor in its visual execution.
To effectively convey the collection's essence, the brand identity was meticulously developed. The collection's logo and accompanying illustrations directly inherit the jewellery's design feature of a symmetrical motif. Furthermore, Neighbour paid homage to the 18th-century artistic techniques by utilising the line hatching drawing style in the brand illustrations, accurately capturing the delicate and ornate aesthetics synonymous with the Rococo era. This strategic approach ensures a cohesive and historically informed visual narrative.
Neighbour Co. was commissioned to deliver a complete branding solution, encompassing the collection manifesto, the logo and visual identity, and both 2D and 3D illustrations. The resulting brand identity was strategically applied across numerous consumer touchpoints throughout Greater China, ensuring a consistent and impactful presentation of the Gold Rhyme collection across the market.
