Headquarters in Hong Kong since 1973, Chow Sang Sang Group is a name synonymous with trusted and established jewellery businesses, particularly in the Greater China region. Over the past 20 years, the group has grown in scale and is now operating over 70+ stores in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan and another 900+ salespoints in 60 cities across Mainland China, bringing in over 20,000 million (HK$) turnover in 2022.


With a portfolio of house brands in steady expansion, including Chow Sang Sang, PROMESSA, MINTYGREEN and EMPHASIS, the group recognised the need to sharpen its brand equity and retain the perceived quality by aligning a higher design standard with local offices, partner agencies and studios.


Tackling the challenge, Chow Sang Sang Group engaged Neighbour Co. to conduct various visual enhancements to the brand identity and introduce a systematic approach to manage its identity applications across Greater China.
