Centaline Investment has launched a new student housing platform, CampusOne Communities, to reimagine student housing experience in Hong Kong. Their core mission is to provide high-quality, safe, and empowering living environments for students, while simultaneously building strong investor relationships through comprehensive management and investment solutions.


Neighbour Co. was appointed to develop the brand strategy, brand name and story, and visual identity system. The brand identity visually articulates CampusOne's purposeful vision. Central to this is the logo's "O", whose subtle rotating motion symbolises their integrated four-phase execution approach: in-depth analysis and planning, renovation and transformation, property management, and exit strategy. This cyclical representation underscores their commitment to a comprehensive and continuously evolving operational model.


The brand's color palette thoughtfully fuses Centaline's iconic red with inviting earthy tones. The red leverages established recognition for trust and prominence, adding dynamism. Earthy tones introduce crucial warmth, approachability, and a human touch, reflecting CampusOne's dedication to nurturing student environments.
