Avo Insurance Branding Campaign
Neighbour Co. launched a branding campaign for Avo, Hong Kong's first virtual licensed general insurer, with the objective of strengthening the brand's proposition and building a warm, approachable personality.
To translate the brand strategy into action, Neighbour developed a new brand tagline — 安心 • 有我 , which not only served as the campaign’s backbone but will also play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s identity and marketing approach in the future.
The key visual and brand video leveraged Avo's beloved mascot, Cardo, to connect with audiences emotionally. Complementing the campaign idea — 你想像 我保障 with a distinctive visual hook, the campaign showcased various dreams and wishes wrapped in cosy, knitted designs, symbolizing the wholehearted protection provided by Avo. This creative approach highlighted Avo’s commitment to safeguarding its customers’ aspirations in a comforting and relatable way.
